  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

  3. Product Information and Availability We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, weights, and measurements for our Products. Due to the nature of natural gemstones and handcrafted items, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Images are indicative and may not precisely reflect the final item. All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

  4. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties Prices shown on the Site are in the currency indicated and include applicable Swedish taxes unless otherwise stated. For international purchases, you are responsible for any additional duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

  5. Ordering and Acceptance Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to our acceptance, confirmation, and availability. We may require additional information, identity verification, or payment authorization before accepting an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in product pricing or description.

  6. Payment We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. You represent that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We use third-party payment processors; these processors’ terms and privacy policies also apply to your payment transactions.

  7. Shipping and Delivery We ship from Stockholm and will provide estimated delivery timelines at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For international shipments, you are responsible for complying with import requirements and for any charges imposed by customs authorities.

  8. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns: Our return policy is described on the Site and in any sales documentation. Unless otherwise stated, returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified, with items in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom Orders and engraved or personalized items are generally non‑returnable except where required by law or where the item is defective or not as described.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be permitted at our discretion and consistent with our policy on the Site.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations are not permitted.

  1. Custom Orders and Design Services Custom design and bespoke commissions require a signed design agreement and a deposit as specified in the agreement. Lead times, milestones, and final pricing will be set in the design agreement. We retain copyright and design rights in any design concepts or creative work we provide until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You warrant that any materials, logos, trademarks, or design directives you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

  2. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Product Warranties: Our Products come with any statutory warranties required by applicable law. For clarity, we warrant that Products will conform to their description and be free from significant defects in workmanship under normal use for a period specified in our warranty
