Asha products are made from fine natural materials and intended to last through generations if cared for correctly.
Avoid harsh chemicals — remove your jewellery before applying perfumes, lotions, or using cleaning products. Although 14k and 18k solid gold is highly resilient to daily wear, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, and seawater to preserve its lasting brilliance. If exposed to harsh chemicals, we recommend gently cleaning it with soap and water as soon as possible.
Avoid abrasion against rough surfaces and hard impacts — 14k and 18k solid gold will beautifully age with time and use, to preserve the delicate details and structural integrity of your Asha jewellery, please avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, and protect your pieces from hard impacts. Should your jewellery encounter a hard impact, we recommend that you avoid wearing it until you have it professionally inspected.
Store with care — keep pieces in its dedicated jewellery box we provide to you or similar to prevent scratches. Ensure that your sapphires or coloured gemstones are not in direct contact with diamonds as that may lead to scratching.
Clean gently — clean your pieces regularly to maintain sparkle. Soak in warm water with mild soap, then brush softly with a soft toothbrush. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Regular checks — make sure to check your pieces regularly to ensure clasps and stone settings remain secure.
Professional cleaning — for a deeper shine, have your jewellery professionally cleaned once a year.
